Problem After Problem . . . WOE IS ME!!!

As if it could get any worse, I’ve discovered more problems with my website . . . at the moment, I CANNOT:
. . . Add new jewelry . . .

And YOU CANNOT:
. . . Purchase any jewelry . . .

Sounds like a problem, don’t you think?!?!  WELL, OF COURSE IT IS!  All of this is happening because my website was recently transferred to a new platform within the hosting company and now some of my site’s functionality has been compromised.  Things “behing the scenes” need to be reconfigured in order for everything to run smoothly again.  Rest assured, I’m working on it!  Please be patient during this difficult and trying time . . . I really appreciate it!  It is my hope that these glitches are only temporary . . . I’ll be in touch!

In the meantime, I’m going to take a snooze . . . this whole ordeal has worn me out!

Technical Difficulties ~ Woe Is Me

Some of you may have noticed that my website was down today for quite some time.  In fact, some of you probably wondered if I am even in business anymore!  Well, rest assured that I’m still here and Painted Beauty Jewelry isn’t going anywhere. 

The trouble lies with my current web hosting company . . .

I spent far too much time on the phone with the company today trying to figure this whole ordeal out.  I kind of felt like a dog chasing its own tail . . . hmmmm . . . sounds like fun, but NO, NOT REALLY!!!!!  ANYHOW, after going in circles for what seemed like forever, I managed to come to the critical conclusion that I need to find myself a new hosting company and PRONTO! 

Why am I telling you all of this?  In the event you notice the website is not functioning properly, or it is down altogether, please know that I am working on it!  I’d like to thank you in advance for being patient as I make this necessary change . . . I truly appreciate it!
